In 2016 the 40<sup>th<\/sup> edition was held from 8-11 March and was attended by 75,000 visitors and almost 3,000 exhibitors.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second year that Birba has been at the fair. The Japanese food market is very strict about the quality of ingredients which is why Birba and its natural ingredients are so appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>Once again Birba presented new product families such as the Nuria family in the health area \u2013 Nuria 0% added sugars and Nuria Vita (no sugar, lactose or cholesterol) \u2013 and also our new FC Barcelona product family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foodex Japan is the largest food and beverage tradeshow in Asia.
