In 2016 the 40<sup>th<\/sup> edition took place from 25 to 28 April with more than 140,000 visitors and over 4,000 exhibitors from 78 countries.<\/p>\n<p>Birba was at Alimentaria for the second year in a row and took the opportunity to introduce some new products: a new assortment of delicious premium biscuits which will go on sale in September and two additions to our Nuria Gluten-free family: Nuria Minixoco Gluten-free and Nuria Choco Gluten-free.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alimentaria is an international trade fair held in Barcelona for the food, beverage and culinary industry.
