Celiac disease increases every year in Spain at a rate of 15% and already affects about 1% of the population, although it is estimated that \u201cmany more people have it\u201d but are not diagnosed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To date Nuria\u2019s only gluten-free product has been <a href=\"https:\/\/birba.es\/en\/our-biscuits\/nuria\/nuria-sin-gluten\/\">Nuria gluten-free with soya<\/a>, made like all Birba biscuits only with natural ingredients: rice flour, fresh eggs and olive oil. Now we are adding to the range with two new products, <a href=\"https:\/\/birba.es\/en\/our-biscuits\/nuria\/nuria-gluten-free-chocolate\/\"><strong>Nuria gluten-free chocolate <\/strong><\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/birba.es\/en\/our-biscuits\/nuria\/nuria-gluten-free-mini-xoco\/\"><strong>Nuria gluten-free Mini Xoco<\/strong><\/a>, two delicious varieties also made with natural ingredients and with all the flavour of chocolate.
