Once again Birba<\/a> has joined thousands of food firms at the world\u2019s largest fair for the industry: Anuga<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we do for each edition of the event, which is held every two years, we went to Cologne<\/a> in Germany to publicise the quality and variety of our Birba biscuits abroad.<\/p>\n

After five packed days at the fair (from 7-11 October) during which there was a constant coming and going of visitors, we can confidently say that it was a success. Our most recent Nuria<\/a> biscuits \u2013 Gluten-free with soy<\/a>, Gluten-free chocolate<\/a>, Sugar-free with chocolate and Cacao nib<\/a>s and No sugar with plums<\/a> \u2013 were a real hit due to the growth of these trends in the market.<\/p>\n

\nWe\u2019re pleased that some of you took advantage of the fact that you were in Germany to call in at our booth at the fair. For those of you who couldn\u2019t make it, there\u2019s always the next ISM<\/a> in Germany in January, and if you think that\u2019s too long to wait, you can come and visit us at the forthcoming \u201cLa Pur\u00edssima\u201d Fair in Camprodon<\/a>.<\/p>\n
