On 26 January Temps de Neu, the programme about winter sports and activities on Catalonia’s TV3 channel, featured a report about how Birba biscuits are made as part of its visit to ski resort Vallter 2000.
After the TV3 team had called in at the resort they came to our factory in Camprodon. During their tour of our facilities they were able to take a look at the whole process of making our biscuits and the natural ingredients we use: butter, fresh eggs, olive oil, etc. They also saw how Margarita cracks the eggs every day by hand to make our biscuits, just like we would at home!
Specifically they tracked the production process for our Nuria biscuits and in particular the ovens we use. They also watched as we filled the boxes of our renowned assortments.
