ISM is the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks. In 2016 it was held for the 46th time and was attended by over 38,500 visitors, 4% more than in 2015.
The fair took place from 31 January to 3 February. As part of its continued expansion into new international markets, Birba was there for the second year in a row following the success we achieved last time round.
Just as in 2015, this year our natural biscuits without preservatives or artificial colouring proved very popular with people attending the event, which shows that we are in line with the latest food trends.
