As we do for each edition of the event, which is held every two years, we went to Cologne in Germany to publicise the quality and variety of our Birba biscuits abroad.
After five packed days at the fair (from 7-11 October) during which there was a constant coming and going of visitors, we can confidently say that it was a success. Our most recent Nuria biscuits – Gluten-free with soy, Gluten-free chocolate, Sugar-free with chocolate and Cacao nibs and No sugar with plums – were a real hit due to the growth of these trends in the market.
We’re pleased that some of you took advantage of the fact that you were in Germany to call in at our booth at the fair. For those of you who couldn’t make it, there’s always the next ISM in Germany in January, and if you think that’s too long to wait, you can come and visit us at the forthcoming “La Puríssima” Fair in Camprodon.
