In 2017 the 47th ISM has been held in Cologne, Germany. The ISM is the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks and this year it has welcomed over 38,000 visitors and featured 1,649 exhibitor companies, one of which was Birba.
This time round Birba presented two new gluten-free products, a new sugar-free product and a new assortment of delicious chocolate biscuits. All of them are in line with market growth trends and consumer requirements and maintain our quality standards for natural ingredients and handmade production processes.
