During the double bank holiday period this December, while some people opted to stay at home and others enjoyed the start of the ski season Birba was at the Purísima de Camprodon Fair, held this time round on 8-11 December and which has already become a must at this time of year.
Lots of companies from Vall de Camprodon and other nearby counties exhibit their products at the fair which also features numerous cultural and commercial activities for everyone who comes along in spite of the cold.
As every year our company laid on tastings of our products, and biscuits in our specialities range were extremely successful. With one eye on the upcoming Christmas celebrations, some of you decided to take away our Neules rolled wafers. Birba also premiered a new limited edition product to celebrate our 125th anniversary next year: an assortment of biscuits in a number of flavours with almonds as a common ingredient and which come in a metal tin bearing the design of an old original print.

At Birba we are especially thrilled to take part in this fair year after year, which for us is like being at home.
